TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and online services of the Law Office of Theodore Huang (“Law Office,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), including RanchoImmigration.com, online intake forms, consultation scheduling, electronic communications, and other services made available through this website (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; NO LEGAL ADVICE

The information provided on this Website is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as legal advice concerning any particular immigration matter. Immigration laws, regulations, government policies, procedures, filing requirements, fees, processing practices, and interpretations can change frequently, and information on this Website may become outdated or may not apply to your particular circumstances. You should consult a qualified attorney regarding your individual situation before making decisions concerning immigration status, eligibility for an immigration benefit, travel, employment, filing deadlines, or other legal matters.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEADLINES

Your use of this Website, submission of an inquiry or intake form, telephone call, text message, email, consultation request, or other communication with the Law Office does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only after the Law Office has agreed to represent you and the requirements for establishing the representation, including execution of any required written legal-services agreement and payment arrangements, have been satisfied. Unless and until the Law Office expressly accepts representation concerning a particular matter, you remain responsible for protecting your legal rights and complying with all applicable deadlines, filing requirements, appointments, hearings, requests for evidence, notices, expiration dates, and other obligations. Do not assume that the Law Office represents you unless you have received confirmation that representation has been accepted. Contacting the Law Office does not extend, suspend, or preserve any immigration or other legal deadline.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INITIAL COMMUNICATIONS

You should not send unnecessary highly sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive information through the Website unless specifically requested. Although the Law Office takes reasonable measures to protect information received electronically, internet communications and third-party technology platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Submission of information through the Website does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship or guarantee that the Law Office will accept your matter, and not every communication made before an attorney-client relationship is established is necessarily protected by attorney-client privilege.

CONSULTATIONS AND LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Scheduling or paying for a consultation does not necessarily mean that the Law Office has agreed to represent you beyond the scope of that consultation. Any legal representation following a consultation is subject to a separate agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Consultation fees, cancellation policies, rescheduling policies, and other conditions displayed during scheduling or communicated to you apply where applicable.

ATTORNEY LICENSURE AND FEDERAL IMMIGRATION PRACTICE

Theodore Huang is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, in good standing, and is not a member of the State Bar of California. The Law Office’s immigration practice involves matters arising under federal immigration and nationality law. Federal law permits an attorney who is a member in good standing of the bar of any state, possession, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia to represent individuals in immigration matters before federal immigration agencies, subject to applicable federal requirements. Nothing on this Website should be understood as representing that Theodore Huang is licensed to practice California law including but not limited to personal injury, family law, DUI, wills and trusts, etc.

ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when communicating with the Law Office. Immigration matters can be materially affected by facts including prior entries and departures, immigration filings, arrests, citations, criminal matters, marriages, divorces, prior petitions, employment, misrepresentations, immigration violations, and other circumstances. The Law Office is not responsible for conclusions, assessments, or communications based upon materially incomplete, inaccurate, omitted, or misleading information supplied by a user.

GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, PROCESSING, AND RESULTS

The Law Office is a private law office and is not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or any other government agency. Government agencies control their own processing times, adjudications, appointments, investigations, requests for evidence, interviews, policies, procedures, and decisions, and no attorney can guarantee the approval of an immigration application, petition, waiver, visa, or other immigration benefit. Past results, examples, testimonials, general descriptions, or information appearing on the Website do not guarantee or predict the outcome of any particular matter. Every immigration case depends upon its individual facts, applicable law and policy, available evidence, government processing, and decisions of the relevant government agencies.

TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

If you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from the Law Office, messages may include communications concerning consultation requests, appointment reminders, intake information, document requests, case-related communications, status information, administrative notices, and other communications relating to your inquiry or legal matter. Message frequency varies depending upon your interactions with the Law Office and, if applicable, activity in your case. You may receive up to 10 text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services or obtaining legal representation. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the Law Office at (909) 278-8898. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a telephone number that you are authorized to use and for notifying the Law Office if your telephone number changes.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By communicating with the Law Office electronically, you acknowledge that email, text messaging, web forms, videoconferencing, and other electronic communication methods involve inherent privacy and security risks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, email accounts, telephone accounts, passwords, and communications. Do not transmit highly sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, or passwords, through ordinary text messages unless specifically instructed to do so through an appropriate method.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGY

The Website and Law Office may use or link to third-party services, including website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, communications, document management, videoconferencing, electronic signatures, artificial-intelligence or automation systems, government websites, and other online services. The Law Office does not control independently operated third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, terms, errors, interruptions, or actions. Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

The Law Office attempts to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that the Website will always be available, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. The Law Office may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue Website content or functionality at any time.

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content of this Website, including text, graphics, branding, forms, articles, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the Law Office and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view or print Website materials for your personal, noncommercial use but may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without permission. You may not use the Website to engage in unlawful activity; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to systems or information; impersonate another person; submit knowingly false or fraudulent information; introduce malicious software; scrape or systematically extract Website content; or otherwise use the Website in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Law Office will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Website or general information provided through it. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, including any professional obligation imposed by applicable law or rules governing attorneys.

Use of the Website is also subject to the Law Office’s Privacy Policy, available at ranchoimmigration.com/pp. The Privacy Policy describes how information collected through the Website and related services may be collected, used, maintained, and disclosed.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Law Office may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website following a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
